These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "you", "your") and ZS998 ("ZS998", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online sports betting and casino information platform accessible at https://zs998.cam (the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform or using any service provided by ZS998, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally agree to these Terms in their entirety. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

ZS998 does not hold a Pakistani gambling licence and does not claim to be licensed, approved or endorsed by the Government of Pakistan, the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA), the State Bank of Pakistan or any Pakistani provincial authority.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the registered user account created by you on the ZS998 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total funds held in your Account at any given time, including real-money deposits and eligible bonus funds where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded by ZS998 under specific promotional offers, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and address verification process required by ZS998 before processing withdrawals or as otherwise required under our compliance procedures.
• "Platform" means the ZS998 website, mobile-optimised site and any associated applications or tools operated by ZS998.
• "Prohibited User" means any person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 of these Terms.
• "Services" means all sports betting markets, casino games, live dealer tables, esports wagering and any other betting or gaming products offered through the Platform.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the minimum total turnover a User must achieve on eligible games or betting markets before Bonus Funds can be converted to withdrawable cash.

To register and maintain a ZS998 account you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

1. You must be at least 18 years of age, or such higher minimum age as required by the operator's licence jurisdiction or applicable local law in your country of residence, whichever is higher.
2. You must not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is explicitly prohibited by local law.
3. You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform through a voluntary self-exclusion agreement that remains active at the time of registration.
4. You must not be acting on behalf of any third party when registering, depositing or placing wagers. Each account must represent a single, real individual.
5. You must have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.
6. You must not be a current employee, contractor, director or close associate of ZS998 or any entity within its group structure.

Each user may hold only one registered account on the ZS998 Platform. The creation of duplicate, multiple or linked accounts for the same individual is strictly prohibited and may result in all associated accounts being closed and balances forfeited.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete and current information. You must promptly update your account details if any information changes. ZS998 accepts no liability for consequences arising from inaccurate account information provided by the user.

Prior to processing any withdrawal request, or at any point determined necessary by our compliance team, ZS998 will require completion of Know Your Customer (KYC) verification. You may be asked to provide:

• A valid government-issued photo identity document (e.g., national identity card (CNIC), passport).
• Proof of residential address dated within three months (e.g., a utility bill or bank statement).
• Proof of ownership of the payment method used for deposits (e.g., a screenshot of a mobile wallet or bank account in your name).
• Any additional documentation reasonably required to satisfy anti-money laundering (AML) obligations.

Accounts that fail to complete KYC within a reasonable period following a request will be suspended until verification is satisfactorily completed.

All funds deposited into your ZS998 account must originate from a payment source that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. ZS998 reserves the right to return funds to the original payment source if a deposit is found to originate from a third-party account.

Deposit methods available to Pakistani users may include familiar domestic payment channels. References to Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah on this Platform are made for contextual familiarity only. None of these institutions endorse, support or are affiliated with ZS998 or any gambling operator. Availability of specific payment channels is subject to change without notice and depends on operator policy and applicable compliance requirements.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are specified within the Platform cashier section and may vary by payment method.
• ZS998 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges independently.
• Deposit transactions are subject to applicable compliance and fraud checks before funds are credited to your account balance.
• ZS998 holds user funds in accordance with applicable operator requirements and does not use deposited funds for operational purposes.

Withdrawal of funds from your ZS998 account is subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have successfully completed the applicable KYC verification process.
• There must be no active wagering requirements attached to your current balance arising from accepted bonus offers.
• The withdrawal amount must meet the minimum threshold applicable to your selected payment method.
• Withdrawals will, where operationally practical, be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• ZS998 reserves the right to delay or decline a withdrawal request pending completion of additional identity, source-of-funds or compliance checks.

All sports bets and casino game sessions placed through ZS998 are governed by the specific rules applicable to each market, game or event type. These product-specific rules are displayed within the Platform and form part of this Agreement.

Key principles applicable to all betting and gaming activity on ZS998 include:

• Bets are final once confirmed. ZS998 does not accept requests to cancel or amend confirmed wagers except as expressly provided under specific event void rules.
• In the event of a technical error, malfunction or manifest pricing error, ZS998 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the accounts concerned.
• Odds for sports markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, ICC tournaments, football and UFC — are updated in real time and reflect current market conditions. Accepted odds at the time of bet placement are binding.
• Maximum payout limits apply per market and per event. These limits are communicated within the relevant market section of the Platform.
• Live (in-play) betting is available on selected markets. In-play bets may be subject to brief delays during odds recalculation periods.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) systems or, in the case of live dealer games, by live dealing procedures. ZS998 does not manipulate or interfere with game outcomes.

ZS998 may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers and other incentives ("Promotions"). Each Promotion is subject to specific terms disclosed at the point of offer, which form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail.

• Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds must be turned over a specified number of times on eligible markets or games before they can be withdrawn as cash. The applicable multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms.
• Time Limits: All Promotions have an expiry window. Bonus funds and associated wagering requirements that are not completed within the stated period will be forfeited without compensation.
• Game Contributions: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Sports bets, slots and table games may carry different contribution percentages. These are disclosed in the promotion terms.
• One Bonus Per Account: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, promotional offers are limited to one per person, per household, per device and per IP address.
• Abuse Prevention: ZS998 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim bonus funds where there is evidence of bonus abuse, hedging strategies, collusion or any other conduct designed to exploit promotional terms.
• Illustrative Figures: Any bonus amounts referenced elsewhere on the Platform (e.g., "up to PKR 25,000") are illustrative examples unless confirmed as current active offers within the promotions section.

ZS998 is committed to promoting responsible gambling behaviour. We provide a suite of player-protection tools accessible directly from your account settings, including:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on how much you can deposit into your account.
• Loss Limits: Cap the amount you are willing to lose within a defined period.
• Session Time Limits: Receive notifications or automatic logouts after a defined session duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Request a temporary or permanent exclusion from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed promptly and are not reversible for the duration of the exclusion period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ZS998 Platform. Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances and referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform in a manner not expressly authorised.
• Creating multiple accounts or assisting others to circumvent the one-account-per-person policy.
• Engaging in match-fixing, insider trading on sporting outcomes or any form of collusion with other players or external parties.
• Attempting to exploit software errors, glitches or vulnerabilities in any game or betting system.
• Using the Platform for money laundering, terrorist financing or any other unlawful financial activity.
• Providing false, misleading or fraudulent identity documentation during the KYC process.
• Abusing refund, chargeback or dispute mechanisms in bad faith.
• Engaging in any conduct that is abusive, threatening or harassing toward ZS998 staff or other users.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ZS998 and its officers, directors, employees, agents and technology providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of — or inability to use — the Platform.

ZS998's total aggregate liability to any User arising out of or in connection with these Terms or use of the Platform shall not exceed the total value of funds held in that User's account at the time the relevant claim arises.

ZS998 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free availability of the Platform. Scheduled or emergency maintenance, third-party network failures and events beyond our reasonable control may affect service availability. ZS998 shall not be liable for losses arising from such interruptions.

All content on the ZS998 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software and the overall arrangement of the Platform — is the intellectual property of ZS998 or its licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark and related laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial use in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

ZS998 reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any account at its discretion where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• A breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected.
• The account is being used for prohibited conduct as defined in Section 10.
• KYC documentation provided is incomplete, unsatisfactory or fraudulent.
• The user's continued access poses a legal, regulatory or reputational risk to ZS998.
• The applicable licensing authority or a competent authority has directed ZS998 to restrict the account.

On closure of an account due to user-initiated request and in the absence of any outstanding compliance hold, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the user via the original payment method following completion of all applicable checks. Bonus funds not converted to withdrawable cash at the time of account closure will be forfeited.

Users may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting ZS998 support via the Help Centre or by email. Accounts subject to pending investigations may not be immediately closeable pending resolution.

ZS998 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, we will notify registered users via their registered email address or through a prominent in-Platform notice prior to the changes taking effect, with a reasonable notice period where practicable.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the updated Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure as described in Section 13.

We recommend reviewing these Terms periodically. The current version is always accessible via the Terms & Conditions link in the site navigation and footer.

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which ZS998 holds its operating licence, the details of which are accessible through the Platform's licencing information section.

Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights under applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence. Pakistani users are reminded that gambling may be restricted under local law. These Terms do not create any right to engage in gambling where such activity is prohibited by the laws applicable to the user.

Any dispute that cannot be resolved informally through ZS998's customer support and complaints procedure shall be referred to arbitration or the relevant dispute resolution body in accordance with the applicable licensing framework.
